Job Summary
The Marketing Manager (Team Leader) will lead and oversee a team of two Executive Managers and their Field Executive teams to achieve AMC sales targets. This is a performance-driven leadership role, requiring field supervision, team management, and strategic planning to ensure consistent sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Salary & Allowances
- Basic Salary: ₹27,000 per month
- Monthly Allowance: ₹7,000 (for petrol, mobile, and official communication expenses; reimbursement based on submitted bills and verification)
- Performance-Based Incentives: Paid according to total team AMC sales
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead two Executive Managers and their respective Field Executive teams.
- Ensure monthly team AMC sales target of 450 is met through coaching, monitoring, and guidance.
- Conduct field visits to support sales, resolve issues, and ensure operational standards.
- Guide and train Executive Managers in sales techniques, customer handling, and AMC promotions.
- Motivate, monitor, and evaluate team performance regularly.
- Review daily sales reports, verify data, and ensure accuracy.
- Support high-value AMC closures where needed.
- Maintain team discipline, data accuracy, and compliance with company policies.
- Follow and enforce sales ethics, customer behaviour standards, and data confidentiality rules.
Work Schedule
- 6 days per week
- Field duty: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekly off as assigned by management
Reporting Structure
- You will report to the Head Office.
- You will manage two Executive Managers, who will in turn supervise their Field Executive teams.
Performance & Promotion
- Official target: 450 AMC sales per month (combined team).
- Promotion eligibility: Fast-track promotion possible if cumulative team performance achieves 1,350 AMC sales in three consecutive months, subject to approval.
- Responsible for team development, coaching, and leadership excellence.
Termination & Resignation
Maintifix may terminate employment if:
- Team fails to achieve minimum AMC targets
- Misconduct, fraud, or policy violation occurs
- Violation of sales ethics, data confidentiality, or company rules
Voluntary resignation requires 7 days written notice.
Governing Law
- This appointment is governed by Indian law.
- All disputes fall under Kolkata, West Bengal jurisdiction.
