Job Summary

The Field Executive is responsible for direct AMC sales, lead generation, and customer onboarding in the assigned area. This is a performance-driven, field-based role, requiring door-to-door sales, customer engagement, and adherence to company policies.

Salary & Allowances

• Basic Salary: ₹17,000 per month
• Monthly Allowance: ₹3,000 (for petrol, mobile, and official communication expenses; reimbursement based on submitted bills and verification)
• Performance-Based Incentives: Paid according to AMC sales achieved

Responsibilities

• Conduct door-to-door sales of Maintifix AMC plans.
• Generate leads and onboard new customers for residential and commercial AMC plans.
• Explain service packages, pricing, and benefits clearly to customers.
• Submit daily field reports and sales updates to the Executive Manager.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and proper documentation for each sale.
• Follow sales ethics, customer behaviour standards, and data confidentiality rules.
• Attend field training sessions and implement learnings in daily sales activities.

Work Schedule

• 6 days per week
• Field duty: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly off as assigned by management

Reporting Structure

• Reports to Executive Manager
• Works under guidance and supervision of the Executive Manager for targets, reporting, and field operations

Performance & Promotion

• Official target: 75 AMC sales per month
• Fast-track promotion possible if 225 AMC sales are achieved within three consecutive months, subject to verification and approval by Executive Manager and Head Office

Termination & Resignation

Maintifix may terminate employment if:

• Minimum AMC targets are not met for consecutive months
• Misconduct, fraud, or policy violation occurs
• Violation of sales ethics, data confidentiality, or company rules

Voluntary resignation requires 7 days written notice.

Governing Law

• This appointment is governed by Indian law.
• All disputes fall under Kolkata, West Bengal jurisdiction.
