Job Summary

The Executive Manager is responsible for leading a team of Field Executives to achieve AMC sales targets in their assigned area. This is a performance-driven leadership role, requiring team guidance, field supervision, sales support, and operational compliance to meet Maintifix business objectives.

Salary & Allowances

• Basic Salary: ₹22,000 per month
• Monthly Allowance: ₹5,000 (for petrol, mobile, and official communication expenses; reimbursement based on submitted bills and verification)
• Performance-Based Incentives: Paid according to total team AMC sales

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage three Field Executives under your team.
• Ensure monthly AMC target of 225 AMC sales is achieved.
• Guide, train, and motivate Field Executives to maximize sales performance.
• Conduct field visits with the team to support sales, customer onboarding, and issue resolution.
• Monitor daily reports, attendance, and AMC registrations submitted by Field Executives.
• Assist in closing high-value AMC sales when required.
• Maintain data accuracy, reporting compliance, and team discipline.
• Enforce sales ethics, customer behaviour standards, and confidentiality rules.

Work Schedule

• 6 days per week
• Field duty: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
• Weekly off as assigned by management

Reporting Structure

• Reports to Marketing Manager
• Manages three Field Executives

Performance & Promotion

• Official target: 225 AMC sales per month
• Promotion eligibility: Fast-track promotion possible if cumulative team performance achieves 675 AMC sales in three consecutive months, subject to verification and Head Office approval
• Responsible for coaching, mentoring, and leadership development of Field Executives

Termination & Resignation

Maintifix may terminate employment if:

• Team fails to achieve minimum AMC targets
• Misconduct, fraud, or policy violation occurs
• Violation of sales ethics, data confidentiality, or company rules

Voluntary resignation requires 7 days written notice.

Governing Law

• This appointment is governed by Indian law.
• All disputes fall under Kolkata, West Bengal jurisdiction.
